ADVANTAGES & TECHNICAL INFORMATION OF SINGLE SHAFT MIXING UNIT

The propulsion is provided by the help of a dual motor operating separately and reducer, for that reason when one of the motors and gears are defected the capacity is halved and concrete production can continue by a single motor.
As the propulsion system is from double sides, the concrete production can be performed in the lower slump.
As the concrete discharge system is pneumatic, concrete can be easily discharged by opening the cover even in the power cuts.
The braces of the mixer are helix shaped the braces turn by scraping the complete wall of the vessels and for that reasons it does not need further more cleaning and the time needed for final cleaning is shorter.
A homogenous concrete mix is achieved in very short period due to the parallel turn of the helix mixers to the vessel wall.
