ESD-Safe Aprons are made of fabric consisting of Polyester, cotton and conductive fibers in the form of square conductive grid spaced every 5mm to dissipate static charge at a higher rate. An Electrostatic-Sensitive Device (often abbreviated ESD) is any component (primarily electrical) which can be damaged by common static charges which build up on people, tools, and other non-conductors or semiconductors. ESD commonly also stands for electrostatic discharge.

Our filter press fabrics are made of yarns of different polyemers like Polypropylene, Polyester, Nylon, cotton etc. our filter press are used for filteration of 1-100 micron size with optimum filteration. These can withstand at tempretures upto 130 degree and at both Ph (acidic and alkaline).

Nylon filter cloth features the greatest abrasion resistance among the other three frequently used filter fabrics including polypropylene, polyester and cotton. It is often found in filtration applications of abrasive dusts and wet abrasive solids where abrasion resistance plays an important factor. To meet various applications, we provides Nylon Filter Cloth woven in plain, twill, and satin patterns made from multi-filament yarns. Nylon filter fabrics are suitable for alkaline PH.
These cloths go through an extensive calendaring and quality control process to ensure weight, thread count and permeability to suit your application requirements. During the calendering stage, all filter cloths are stabilised in specialised pre-heated machines. We ensure finishing and permeability with high speed heated, polished calenders that press the fabric filter cloth to ensure a smooth surface and to further set the cloth.
We can provide different mesh fabrics in Nylon, PP, HDPE made of monofilament yarn for various application. This fabric have become important as filter media in different industries & application. This fabrics are are available in lint free, calendared finished, anti-static & water repellancy.
A build-up of static electricity on the surface of filter media caused by friction between dust particles, can result in electronic discharge causing spark ignition of flammable powders. To overcome this potentially explosive problem, conductive materials can be incorporated into the structure of the fabric, this inhibits electrostatic build-up and allows a continuous charge dissipation resulting in a filter media that is permanently antistatic.
These fabrics are used in dry filteration. We can supply nonwoven fabrics in Polyester, Polypropylene, Meta Aramid, Para Aramid, Ryton etc . with Antistatic or Water repellent finish.
We are manufacturing Polyester Antistatic fabric which is used for filteration application in FBD bags ( Fluid Bed Dryer ) in Pharmaceuticals industiry.
