Carbon Steel Bright Bars, offered by us, have high surface hardness and core toughness which provides good resistance to wear, impact and shock. EN-8/EN-9, EN-8M, EN-43B, and SAE-1040 types of steel are used for manufacturing these Carbon Alloy Steel Bright Bars. Further, our Carbon Steel Bright Bars are used in Cutting and Punching Dies, Milling Cutters, Scrapers, Cutting Tools, Twist Drills etc.

These are spheroidized annealed cold drawn / ground bars produced from hot rolled bars/wire rods. These have high resisting nature against wear and severe abrasion. Its components can be subjected to high surface loading.These are widely used in manufacturing ball, needle and taper roller bearings, taps, drills, punches, injector pins, dowel pins etc.

Free Cutting and Low Carbon Steel Bright Bars are used for high speed machining in almost every industry such as fasteners, nuts, rivets, studs, bolts, screws , hoses and pipe joints, spark plugs, bicycle parts etc. We mainly use EN-1A, EN-A1[L], EN-8M, EN-32B, C-1010, C-1018 type of steels for these bright bars.
