High Temperature Furnace of 1200°C:   Light weight with ceramic fibre wool insulation. The outer casing is made of double walled thick P.C.R.C. sheet, painted with attractive stove enamel.  Heating Elements are made of KANTHAL “A-1” wire in coil From placed in the ribs of the tiles, backed by cerwool insulation, which avoids loss of energy. A viewing cap is also provided on the door. Temperature controlled by PID Micro Processor controller dual display with safety alarm an accuracy of ± 3°C or better. To work on 220/230Volts or 400/ 440 Volts A.C. 3 phase supply. Maximum Temp.1200°C working temp.1150°C.     Optional Accessories:   1.     Suitable for all laboratory application requiring constant temperature to high degree of accuracy ± 0.2°C or better. Temperature is controlled by PID Micro Processor controller dual display with safety alarm from 5°C above ambient to 95°C. Double walled, inside made of stainless steel 304 grade and outside mild steel sheet painted with attractive stove enamel fitted with ISI mark Tublar Elements. B.O.D. Incubator Eco-Friendly : Low Temperature Incubator   Perfect System Double walled, inner chamber made of Stainless Steel sheet 304 grade &outer mild steel stoving painted. Specially designed wire mesh shelves made of SS 304 grade. Gap between the walls is filled with puf insulation. Two Air Circulation Fans are provided for uniformity of temp in working space. Refrigeration system with CFC. free compressor & R 134 a eco-friendly refrigerant is used, Temperature 5°C to 50°C with controlling accuracy of ± 0.5°C is controlled with Dual Display PID Micro Processor controller dual display with safety alarm Built in automatic voltage stabilizer & inside full view Acrylic Door is also provided. Loss on Heating /Thin Film Oven     Purpose for modified Bitumen testing. various tests like Loss of Weight, Softening Point, Penetration, Elastic recovery Test etc. are to be done on the residue of thin Film Oven test. Thin Film Oven can conduct “Thin Film Oven Test” (IS : 9382-1982) as well as “Loss in weight of bitumen & Flux-Oils” (IS: 1212-1978, BS: 2000 (P-45), ASTM-D6, D 1754, AASHQ - T47, T 179) A double walled oven 230 V., 50 Hz and 1 Phase, inside Chamber 400 mm x 400 mm x 400 mm of Stainless Steel 304 & outside mild Steel Stoving Painted, in between the walls proper insulation; with a glass view window. Temperature range from ambient plus 10°C to 200°C & working temperature 163°C ± 1°C, controlled by PID Micro Processor controller dual display with safety alarm. Rotating Shelf for Loss on Heating Test: A detachable perforated metal shelf of approx 250 mm dia (having provision to keep 9 no sample containers of 55 mm ID x 35 mm internal depth with flat bottom ) Suspended inside the oven which is rotated by a vertical shaft to which reduction gear is fitted from outside at a rate of 5 to 6 RPM. For Thin Film Test: Another detachable perforated metal shelf of approx 340 mm Dia (with provision to keep four Aluminium dishes with 140 mm 1D x 10 mm depth with Flat Bottom) provided that can be fitted in place of 250 mm dia shelf for Thin Film Test. Ventilation of the oven by means one round hole near the top & near the bottom on each of the two sides is provided.
