Lube Oil Blending Plant designed and supplied by Balaji Consultants are used for processing various grades of automotive and industrial lubricants.
We set these plants are tailor made to meet the several requisites of clients. In this plant the base oil and the various additives and blended under hot/ cold condition depending upon the grade of oil being formulated. Finally the filling of finished lube oils into containers of various sizes are carried out. This plant is can supplied as a fully automatic batch process with the help of load cells and PLC SCADA control System.
