Balaji Security System & Allied Service Society lays emphasis on regular Training and Development of its security personnel so that they perform their duties efficiently and not falter at the time of action. The newly recruited personnel are trained daily for the initial phase at our Training Wing while the others go for it at regular intervals of 6 months or less.
Refresher and Specialised Training- Once in six months, every guard has to attend it. Practical situations are projected for them and discussions over solutions take place.
On-site Training- Before the job commences and some times on-the-job training is provided wherever possible under real life situations.
Customised Training- Other companies can get their guards trained under our experts, as per their requirement.
