Applications

Circular and Flat fabrics are manufactured on circular looms and tapes lines. Our range of fabrics have woven edges & reinforced stripes and can also have colored markings for identification of product type. UV stabilization is an essential feature of these fabrics. Circular fabrics are used for coating of tandem lamination plant and flat fabrics find utility for covering flat lamination plant etc.

Wide round-woven fabrics are manufactured on circular 6- and 8-shuttle weaving machines in the form of a sleeve. These weaving machines are used for the production of bags with one or two hanging straps and for flexible circular intermediate bulk container bag production. Available in different specification, we customize these fabrics as per clients requirement.

Light Flat woven fabrics used in application for packing old clothes, lumber cloth packing textiles yarn and are used for making tarpaulin and for charging and dumping hoppers as well as upper and lower aprons. On the other hand Heavy Flat woven fabrics are used for packing Heavy machineries and making FIBC U-Panel type bags
