Fully matured Alphonso Mangoes are harvested from World famous Ratanagiri fruit orchards.
Fruit Ripening is the very important process to get the best Quality fruits.
Here sorted fruits are naturally ripened the quality of the fruit ripening is controlled by experienced field staff. The naturally ripened fruits retains the highest quality coloured, Aroma, taste.
Further it is processed in the state of the art processing equipments which ensure the product retains its natural flavour taste, colour.
Packing :
Frozen Fruit pulp/ slices / dices is available in 1kg packing, 20kg HDPE drums / 20 kg cartoons all packing material is LDPE food grade material. Hygienically packed with minimum 2 years of shelf life.
Quality standard:
HACCP, GMP, systems are applied in the manufacturing. The system is under certification for ISO 22000:2005 (Food safety management system) by ICS, Australia & New Zealand.
| These are made from selected clones of the Cavendish variety. Fully matured banana fruits are harvested and quickly transported to our fruit processing plant, declustered, inspected and washed. Selected high quality fruits go to controlled Ripening chambers. Fully Ripened fruits are again washed, peeled manually, mashed, deseeded when required, homogenized, concentrated when required, thermally processed and aseptically filled, maintaining commercial sterility |
