Cooking Instructions :
Thaw the desired quantity of Frozen :Delicious Chicken Lollipops for 4-6 hours in the chiller. Seal the remaining Chicken Lollipops and place them back in the freezer immediately.
Pre-heat the oil up to 175 degree Celsius in a deep frying pan.
Reduce the flame to medium.
Add the thawed Chicken Lollipops gently into the hot oil.
Deep fry for 3-5 minutes or till golden brown, turn the product intermittently for cooking evenly and serve hot with schezwan sauce or tangy chutney.
