Description :  Bareja make Multistage High Pressure Pumps Model HK is specially designed for boiler feed service, but can be used for any other high head application. For handling corrosive fluids pumps with all parts coming in contact with the liquid are manufactured in special metals or alloys. These pumps have water cooled stuffing box and bearing housing that enables it to handle water up to 185 degree Celsius.

Description : Bareja make mine pumps are specially designed keeping in view the extraordinary condition of service existing in mines. These types of pumps are of compact design and steadily built so that they are unaffected by unskilled handling in frequent transportation from one place to another, and continuous operation in dust laden, highly humid atmosphere present in the mines.

Some of the special features of these pumps are :

• Hydraulic balancing of the axial thrust is achieved by rotating and stationary balancing disc device.
• Oil lubricated bush bearings on the both side are provided. The bush bearings are of bronze or special Babbitt metal. Water cooling arrangement is provided.
• The model has balancing disc arrangement for counteracting the axial thrust and both rotating and stationary disc as well as throttling bushes and sleeves can be replaced without disturbing the suction and delivery piping or the alignment of the prime mover.

Model CV : These types of pumps are designed for medium heads. The axial suction branch eliminates the needs of a stuffing box on the suction side. The discharge socket of this type pump is vertically arranged. The drive shaft runs at the drive end in two oil bath/grease lubricated ball bearings. 

Model C : These types of pumps are designed for total head beyond the range of model CV by an increase in the number of stages. Pump shaft which is always running below the critical speed, is guided in this type in antifriction bearings at both ends. The standard pump suction pipe is directed to the left of right, the discharge pipe extends radially upward. The antifriction bearings are grease lubricated. The stuffing box on the suction side can be provided with a pressure water seal for perfect sealing, if required.
