BENZ VCI Creped Paper is versatile for safeguarding products during storage and transit. It serves various purposes such as individual item wrapping, interleaving, sealing shipping tubes, adding strips to recessed areas in sizable packages, and functioning as sheet liners or dividers between items. Its application is especially beneficial in the bearing industry, providing cushioning, corrosion protection, and creating a beneficial "pooling" effect for RP oils.

The biodegradation timeline depends on disposal conditions, but in a typical commercial composting environment, it breaks down into carbon dioxide and water within weeks, posing no harm to soil, plants, or microorganisms. Shelf-stable and available in various sizes and thicknesses, BENZ VCI Bio Film stands as your sustainable choice for responsible packaging. It is offered in Sheets, Rolls, 2D Bags, and 3D Bags with customizable printing options.
Approved according to British Standard: BS 8472, French Standard: T51-808, Saudi Standard: SASO 2879, UAE Standard: 5009:2009, and Mexican Standard: NMXE-E-288-NYCE. Our VCI Films also comply with TRGS 615, TL 8135-0043, ASTM D1748-02, DIN ISO EN 60068-2-30, DIN 50017, and DIN ISO 9227:2012-9.

To use BENZ VCI Strips, simply insert them into the tube or pipe, cap or seal, and observe the rapid saturation of the enclosed space with corrosion-inhibiting vapors. Even in high humidity conditions, our Tube Strips effectively arrest the corrosion process, ensuring the prolonged life of your valuable metal assets.
Installation of BENZ VCI Strips is a simple process. Insert the VCI Strip into a ferrous tube or pipe, securely cap the ends, and let the VCI molecules diffuse, saturating the air inside and protecting internal surfaces from corrosion. BENZ VCI Strip items are free from residue and powder, and removal is quick—uncap the pipe or tube and extract the VCI Strip. For extended storage protection, BENZ VCI Strip can be used in combination with BENZ corrosion inhibitor liquids and packaging.
