Our experimental department is responsible for the development of new processes and machines. It is provided with an extensive pilot plant with laboratory, production machines, and measuring equipment for the important process stages of the conditioning technology. Pelleting tests for the compound feed industry are now almost exclusively carried out using the annular gap expander. The combination of the annular gap expander and press offers the feedstuff and food industry new possibilities for conditioning and hygienic treatment of mixtures and by - products together with a considerable increase of the press capacity.
The plant is available to prospective buyers and customers who want to have their own products tested. On the basis of the results achieved plant designs and offer can be prepared.

HAMMER MILL GRINDER ( DOUBLE SCREEN) |
This Hammer is high output gravity flow mill. It comprises of two functions in one i.e. Grinding and grading. It gives cool grinding in one direct operations. The fineness of the grinding is adjusted by changed of perforated double Screen, which can be done within two minuets. Fitted with hammers & hammer pins are hard heat treated steel interchangeable and reversible giving four times the life of ordinary hammers. Simple feeding adjustment with fitted magnet system to specially design of machine to raw material iron to fastly gripping and separation. Installation is very easy as unit is a compact one. No skilled labour is required for Operation. Material like Bitumen All Oil Cakes, Maize, Doc. Cake, Bajra, Wheat, Sunflower, Cotton Seed and others Feed materials. |
