Our product range contains a wide range of Tool Head Cutters 'CT' Series, Tool Head Cutters 'YT' Series and Tool Head Cutters 'T' Series
CT Series are used for removal of hard scale deposited in tubes. It is made out of 15 wheel cutter (right wheel 4, left wheel 4, straight wheel 4 & bevel wheel 3) self expanding & with loaded spring. Used for tube Size (I.D) from 31mm to 53 mm.
YT Series are mainly used for bend & curved tubes. It is made of cutter head & pivoted arms which helps to reach all parts of tube due to centrifugal force. Used for tube Size(I.D) from32mm to 102mm.
T Series are mainly used in boiler, air heaters for cleaning curved & straight tubes. It is made out of three wheels, each one of straight teeth, right hand cut teeth, left hand cut teeth to avoid grooving of scale & rapid cleaning of tubes.Used for tube Size (I.D) from 31mm to 102mm.(2 layers & 3 layers tool head cutters are also available in TSeries.
