Principal:

Ball Type Check Valves (NRV) B-01 was the first of the valve at Normex with unique design and technology for the first time in India. A very simple and robust design with no mechanism involved. The heart of valve is rubber coated ball. The mechanism hinge-pin-disc used in conventional check valves is eliminated and Normex has put in this rubber coated ball to arrest flow media in return condition.

As the pump starts, the ball moves out totally from the flow path when the pumping is on giving a full bore maximum flow/discharge with minimum head losses. (Fig. A). As the pump stops, the ball rolls back and seats perfectly on the rounded valves seat ensuring totally leak proof sealing.(Fig. B)

Normex Valves Pvt. Ltd. brings this latest technology for the first time in India. Silent Check Valves are a short length double flanged valves with all the internals designed Hydrodynamically. This valves, when open, the annular area between the body & plunger available for flow, is equal to the nominal bore area. Therefore, unlike other spring loaded valves & conventional flapcheck valves, these valves offer lower head losses & maintains laminar flow. As the valve closes, due to return spring force, valve is Quick Closing. The valve gets closed before the start of back flow / return velocity. Hence, water hammer is eliminated in most of the cases. Features: 1.Working principal Hydrodynamic guided closing.2.The closing mechanism is guided & backed with return spring for quick closing, Opening and perfect sealing.3.Due to Aero/hydro dynamic effect water hammer is eliminated.4.Very low pressure loss5.Most suitable for clear liquids & air.6.Silent operation.

Rubber Lined Check Valves (Flanged) are lined internally with Ebonite Hard rubber so that media does not come in contact with metal. This Model is most suitable for corrosive/erosive applications.
