My Dadi use to make a Chaat Masala which we use to call “Amma ka Masala” have on almost every single thing since childhood and was loved by everyone in whole family instead of any other so in 2021 before COVID my Daadi asked me “why can’t we sell this?, and that stuck in my mind also as being a decent cook I wanted to start something of my own sometime in food business.
