Poly tetra fluoro ethylene (PTFE) is a versatile polymer used in a broad range of medical, industrial, and high technology applications. PTFE is inert, making it unreactive to most chemicals, and, it can work in high processing and operating temperature environments (500F / 260C continuous). Blinex Micro Porous PTFE offers excellent thermal, electrical, mechanical, and chemical properties as well as superior control over pore size, permeability, water entry pressure, and thickness. PTFE is an ideal choice for a wide variety of demanding applications requiring one or a combination of these exceptional properties.

BLINEX Microporous polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) materials offer a competitive option to expanded PTFE. Microporous PTFE is manufactured using a proprietary sintering process that results in an intricate network of open-celled, omni-directional pores that offer exceptional performance on and below the surface. Our process results in a robust, durable, design-flexible material with long-term value advantages. It can be easily handled either manually or by high-speed equipment with minimal damage concern and can be applied using various techniques including vibrational or heat welding. Designed to help deliver precision, accuracy, and reliability, Blinex microporous PTFE exemplifies the critical design standards required in many filtration, venting, diffusion, and media support applications. PTFE MANUFACTURING STANDARDS Blinex PTFE materials are manufactured under ISO 9001:2008 quality standards.
