In many woodworking operations, disc sanding is an integral part of the production process. Whether sanding cabinet doors, wood furniture or moldings, disc sanding offers the ability to achieve a hand finish, craftsman-like quality.

Available in paper, cloth and film backings, oursanding discs for wood can be ordered with PSA (sticky-back), Hook & Loop or plain. The most common size sanding discs used are 5" and 6" diameter, however, we have theability to supply custom size sanding discs from 1/2" to 42" diameter. When dustless sanding systems are being utilized, Uneeda's sanding discs are available with multiple hole patterns to accommodate most sanders on the market. Werecommend using our Ekasand machines in conjunction with our abrasive discs to ensure a uniform finish. A variety of backup pads are available to suit any application whether a firm, medium or soft pad is required.

Our wide belts are available in a wide assortment of paper and cloth products, from coarse grits for calibration through the finest grits for sealer and lacquer sanding.

Our premium, long life, quality wide belts are suitable for grinding, sanding and polishing applications of both wood and metal. Our manufactures wide belts up to 102 wide. Choose between aluminum oxide, silicon carbide and zirconia to achieve the best quality finish and reduce sanding costs.
