Our Products
We offer a complete product range of Manual Single Phase Electrical Changeover Switch and MCB Distribution Boards
The Manual Single Phase Changeover Switch is typically available in current ratings ranging from 16A to 100A, with voltage capacity up to 250V AC. It is built with a durable enclosure made of powder-coated metal or fire-retardant thermoplastic, designed for surface or flush mounting. The switch features a rotary or toggle-type operation with clear ON/OFF/CHANGEOVER positions, allowing manual transfer between mains and generator/inverter inputs. Terminals are brass or copper alloy for low resistance and long-term durability. The internal contacts are silver-plated or tinned for improved conductivity and reduced arcing. It includes provisions for earth and neutral connections and is often designed with dual-pole or four-pole mechanisms for safe isolation. These switches are compliant with IS/IEC 60947-3 standards and ensure mechanical endurance for up to 10, 000 operations. Manual changeover switches are simple to operate, maintenance-free, and cost-effective for managing backup power in single-phase installations

MCB Distribution Boards are constructed from flame-retardant, impact-resistant metal or thermoplastic enclosures with IP-rated protection (typically IP42 to IP65) depending on indoor or outdoor usage. They support configurations from 4-way to 18-way or more, with options for single-phase and three-phase systems. Each board includes neutral links, earth bars, and busbar arrangements for safe and organized wiring. Designed to accommodate DIN rail-mounted MCBs, RCCBs, and isolators, these boards feature knockouts for cable entry, removable gland plates, and secure door-locking mechanisms for user safety. Their modular design allows for easy installation, expansion, and servicing. Rated insulation voltage is typically up to 690V AC, with operating current capacities from 32A to 125A or more, depending on the configuration. MCB DBs comply with international standards such as IEC 61439-3 or IS 13032, ensuring performance reliability and electrical safety compliance in low-voltage power distribution systems.
