Our product range contains a wide range of HRC Fuse Switch Unit
HRC Fuse Switch Units are typically constructed with a heavy-duty sheet metal or molded insulated enclosure rated for mechanical and electrical endurance. They are designed to accommodate DIN-type HRC fuse links, with breaking capacities ranging from 50 kA to 100 kA at 415V AC or higher. Available in single-pole, double-pole, triple-pole, or four-pole configurations, FSUs are suitable for ratings from 32A to 800A or more. The switch mechanism ensures positive ON/OFF operation and includes interlocks to prevent door opening while in live position. Contact systems are silver-plated or tinned for reduced contact resistance and heat generation. Units comply with IEC 60947-3 or IS 13947 standards for switch-disconnectors with fuses. Terminal shrouds, cable entry options, and earthing provisions enhance safety and usability. Their high breaking capacity and arc-quenching design make them ideal for protecting motors, transformers, feeders, and sub-main circuits
