Alkali Immersion Heaters :-Alkaline heater are made of Chrome Nickel sheathed heating element brazed to C.I. junction box for mounting on side of the vessel, easy to remove & clean.
Uses :-Used for heating Alkaline cleaning solution detergents and other alkaline solutions normally corrosive to mild steel (upto 90oC).
Commercial water immersion heaters :-These heaters are made of one Copper sheathed Tubular heating element filled with high grade insulation powder & kanthal coil at the centre which is brazed to a Brass flange. Heaters are nickel chrome plated and are provided with earthing Terminals. A metallic cap is provided for protection of Terminals.Uses :- Light duty (intermittent) boilers, Washing machines, Geysers, Coffee urns, Sterilizers and for other commercial purposes.
Industrial water immersion heaters :-These heaters are made of Two or more Copper sheathed Tubular heating Elements brazed to brass flange. Heaters are nickel-chrome plated and are provided with earthing terminals. A metallic cap is provided for protection of terminals.
Uses :-Heavy duty industrial hot water baths, water jacketted apparatus, side arm circulating process tanks etc.
