This Adenium is an extremely beautiful plant with gorgeous Single Layer Pink Flowers. It is commonly known as desert rose, it is a succulent shrub or small tree that is often grown in containers and sometimes trained as bonsai.

Light: These plants require much sunlight for proper development especially during the blossom period. The plants must be stationed in high light, 6 hours or more per day, to maintain flowering during the spring to summer. The plant makes a dramatic specimen for a deck or patio with moderate light but it should be moved indoors in winter.

Water: Daily watering is essential only during hot summer days. Otherwise, water regularly but do not allow soil to become waterlogged.

Potting Mix: A mix of course sand, coco-peat amended with perlite (3 parts mix to 1 part perlite) is adequate under most conditions to improve aeration and drainage

Fertilizer: To make your plant develop a large swollen base/ trunk, you need a good quality fertilizer. Fertilizer requirement for swelling up trunks is also used to increase flowering. It shouldnt be too high in nitrogen, the middle number should be the highest. Never apply fertilizer directly on roots and do not liquid feed when a plant is thirsty: always water first slightly to avoid root burn and leaf drop.
