Our Products
We are leaders in the market for providing best range of Centrifugal Monoblock Pump, Vertical Multistage Pump, Horizontal Split Case Pump, Pressure Booster System and Vertical Inline Pump
Centrifugal Monoblock Pump isavailable from 2.2 to 3.7 kW in single-phase and from 1.5 to 11 kW in three-phase power supply. First of all motors and pumps are close coupled in a convenient and compact design for quick installation in limited space. Furthermore theyare fitted with a maintenance-free, mechanical shaft seal and single piece pump-motor shaft. Therefore these pumps have axial suction port and radial discharge port. The relative humidity of the location where these pumps are installed should be same or less than 95%.
ApplicationThe LCR, LCRI, LCRN pumps are non-self-priming Pressure Booster Pump. The vertical in-line design enables the pump to be installed in a horizontal plane single system where the suction and discharge connections are in the same horizontal plane (in-line) and have the same pipe sizes. This design provides a more compact pump design saving space and easy pipe work. Pressure Booster Pump consists of a base and a pump head. The chamber stack and the outer sleeve are secured between the pump head and the base by means of tie bolts. All pumps are equipped with a maintenance-free mechanical shaft seal of the bellow type as standard. These pumps are available in various material versions according to the pumped liquid.
Lubi brand Horizontal split case pump useful for high flow water pumping. Horizontal split case pump ideally suitable for industrial community water pumping, lift irrigation, Fire fighter and water distribution. The pumps are non self priming horizontal split case pumps with radial suction port and radial discharge port. The double suction design helps pump to balance the forces on impeller and split case design offer fast maintenance & lower down time. The pumps have horizontal pump shaft and the volute casing can be dismantled in the horizontal plane along the drive shaft. Horizontal split case pumps are available in two main designs. 1) Single stage 2) Two stage
These systems are supplied as complete, preassembled andfactory tested systems including a close-coupled pump, bladder type pressure tank, pressure switch, pressure gauge(or electronic switch), special connector and flexible pipe forsystems with pump over the tank. These systems can provide sufficient water pressure formodern domestic appliances to ensure sufficient watersupply. Thus these systems are widely used in domesticwater applications to stabilize the pressure in the system andavoid the pump cycling on and off every time a tap is openedsomewhere in the house.
These pumps are suitable for liquids which are potable & rainwater other than thin, clean, non-aggressive, non-explosive, not containing solid particles or fibers.Pumps are designed for liquid transfer & pressure boostingsystems in:
LVI pumps are non-self priming, single-stage, vertical in-line, close- coupled type centrifugal pumps having radial suction and radial discharge port. Vertical in line pump is designed for non explosive liquids which are clean, and thin without any solid particles. A viscous liquid affects the pump performance in the following ways.
The volute casing of Vertical in line pump is designed to be robust in construction to take the undue stresses offered by the pipe work. They have a radial suction port and radial discharge port. Standard flanges are PN 16 as per EN 1092-2 and PN 25 as per DIN standard EN 1092-2. ANSI 125 and ANSI 250 as per ASME B16.1 are available on request. The volute casing of Vertical in line pump is provided with a priming & drain hole closed by plugs. The impellers are closed impellers with extra smooth surface finish and machined completely from outside to ensure high efficiency. The direction of rotation of impeller is clock wise when viewed from the motor driving end. They are dynamically balanced to grade 6.3 of ISO 1940. All impellers of Vertical in line pump can be trimmed to adopt them for the duty point requested by the customer.
