We strongly recommend conveyor systems for any coir fibre extraction machinery unit. Conveyor systems are mainly used for minimization of manual labour and uniform feeding of the machines for more streamlined production.
Buster Machines are super-powerful, The fibres in the husks get softened and straightened to certain extent. Due to this process the hardness of the husks gets reduced and will be easy for further processing. The production capacity is around 4500 husk per hour.
This will automatically feed the Fibre in to machines, it helps in reducing man power and its capacity is around 750 to 1000 kg fibre per hour.
Screener is designed for filtering pith and dust. Decorticated fiber is thrown into the smaller end of the screener and as the machine revolves at specified slow speed, the fiber travels to the other large opening shedding pith and dust which drop down. Filtered fiber comes out of the larger end automatically.
The broken husk from the husk buster is cleaned using this cleaner and passed to Fibre Screener for further process , its production capacity is around 500 kg/hr.
Less manpower, Instead it works with electric power. It is user friendly and safe. Small enough for carrying from any place to any place. Remove husks of various shapes and sizes of coconuts. Simple maintenance. Faster, Easier & Safe.
The cleaned Huskparticles are entered in the fibre screener where the fibre particles are screened and sent to pith screener and the un broken husk are send back to the buster, the capacity of fibre screener is around 750 kg/hr.
This will automatically feed the husk in to machines, it helps in reducing man power and its capacity is around 5000 to 6000 husk per hour.
Using Balling Press the dried fibre is made into bales, each bale weighing 30 - 35 kg.
