Brilliant Engineers Integrated PLC Base On Line SQC Unit Design for purpose of statistical quality control of LPG cylinders at filled storage shed The unit is completely automatic type, the cylinders introduced into the SQC loop either by programming mode. The unit shall allow the operator to enter the tare weight of the cylinders and any other data which are necessary for SQC through the PLC. This enables the cylinder to proceed to the machine, get lifted and the weight is recorded through the PLC. The leak detection process thereafter starts and the data also gets stored automatically in the PLC.
