Glass pipline & fittings for Acidic fluid & Vent piping for gas & air is made from borosilicate 3.3 glass piping conforming to ASTM C 1053 , EN ISO 3583 , ENBS 1595 , AD2000 Merkblatt N4

Process Pipline are with a flat buttress for enabling a high tightening forge ensuring a leak-proof joint. Sizes rght from DN15 to DN800 mm are manufactured along with all fittings like bends, elbows, tee, etc. and relevant PTFE gaskets and connecting flanges of Plastic, CI, SS, Siliminium.

Glass Drainline Beaded Pipline

Glass-to-glass connection is made with compression type bead-to-bead and bead-to-plain end couplings.

Coupling’s outer shell, bolt and nut is made from 300 series stainless steel.

Bead-to-plain end coupling outer shell encapsulates compression liner to prevent cold flow and ensure leak-free joint. Inner seal ring is made of tetra-fluoroethylene. Extremely easy to couple the joints without the need for field beading.

Underground Glass Pipe excavation shall conform to national and local plumbing codes. Bottom of trench shall consist of a minimum 4” of rock-free sand or soil, compacted and graded to provide uniform full length support. Back-fill with rock-free sand and/or soil to 12” above pipe.
