RCC Manhole Chamber 900 x 900 mm hd 20 Manhole Chamber consists of 4 Rings + 1 Collar + 2covers supplied for laying and joining of underground OFC cables for Telecom sector specially for specified companies like RJIL and HFCL. Manufactured with specific requirement of Customer. Manufacturing done with RCC concrete mix of M-30 designed from Govt. Approved labs. Reinforcement used of Fe415 Grade and aggregate used as per Is 383 specifications. Easy to transport and has quick laying rate at any site.
The RCC Precast chamber shall be provided at every joint location to keep the Optical Fiber cable joint well protected and also to house extra length of cable which may be required in the event of faults at a later date. The Joint chamber shall be of pre-cast RCC type as per construction specification. Wherever blowing technique is used for laying OF Cable, at the discretion of the EMPLOYERS concerned, the hand holes/manholes required for accessing the cable during cable laying can be at longer distances depending upon requirement.
Its a single piece Manhole having dimensions TOTAL HEIGHT OF MANHOLE - 1000MM , OUTER DIA OF MANHOLE - 1000MM DIA OF COVER - 890 MM AND THICKNESS OF COVER - 100MM exclusively developed for the particular requirement of customer in telecom sector manufacturing done with RCC concrete mix of M-30 designed from Govt Approved labs Reinforcement used of Fe415 Grade and aggregate used as per Is 383 specifications.
The conical manhole assembly system consists of conical rings (each of height 225mm) made from precast reinforced concrete that can be stacked one on top of the other to construct a conical shaped manhole. In addition, a precast concrete frame and cover are also provided at the top.
