Automatic Palletiser is an end of line solution with the speed of stacking 480 Pails per hour. Many units are running successfully in the field in India as well as Overseas Plants.
It is a PLC based system that stacks layers of Pails automatically on a pallet in a programmed Matrix. Our standard models cater to accommodate SKUs ranging from 1 USG/4 Ltr. to 5 USG/ 20 Ltr. Pails. It is capable of handling both Metal and Plastic Pails.

Batching System is a versatile blending solution. It can be customised as per the requirement.
It is suitable for dispensing of bases along with various additives like pigments, solvents etc.
What is a Batching system?
A batching system blends 12 to 20 components in a single drum according to the recipe required.
What does it consist of?
It consists of a PLC based system comprising 12 to 20 filling valves to dispense the product, each dedicated and connected to a barrel of a product component. Piping arrangement delivers the product to the respective fill valve. A mixed blend is created in a drum as per combination of quantity fed (Recipe) in the HMI. The system incorporates bypass lines for pre-circulation and easy cleaning.
