It is suitable for dispensing of bases along with various additives like pigments, solvents etc.

What is a Batching system?
A batching system blends 12 to 20 components in a single drum according to the recipe required.

What does it consist of?
It consists of a PLC based system comprising 12 to 20 filling valves to dispense the product, each dedicated and connected to a barrel of a product component. Piping arrangement delivers the product to the respective fill valve. A mixed blend is created in a drum as per combination of quantity fed (Recipe) in the HMI. The system incorporates bypass lines for pre-circulation and easy cleaning.

What SKUs can batching system cater to?
Two basic models available:

• BGS-200 to cover Batch size of 20 Kg to 200 Kg
• BGS-2000 to cover Batch of 200 kg to 1200 kg
