These certified organic white tea is rich in antioxidants and come with loads of health benifits. white tea was originally named after the tiny white or silver hairs that cover the bud as it develops at the tip of each tea shoot. once the new buds and baby leaves have been carefully gathered, they are dried in the sun or a warm drying room to remove moisture. They are the least processed of all types of tea and when brewed they give a very pale, champagne coloured liquor that has a very light, soft, sweet, velvety flavour. The antioxidant content are said to be higher than in other types of tea.

One of the most savoured Black tea yielding coppery coloured liquor full of sweet sherry wine like aroma. The dry leaves are small twisted in appearance and come from a batch of tea bushes with controlled stunted growth.
The tea tastes very rich assertive with flavours of mahagony & muscatel.

Recommended steeping: 3-5 mins at 90-100 C
Method:
Heat fresh water (Spring water is best). Pre-warm the cup with hot water. Put one teaspoon (approx. 2 gm) of tea leaves in the pot. Pour the hot water into the pot & cover lid. Allow the tea to steep for 35 minutes (depending upon the required strength). Strain the tea into cup (add sugar/milk/lemon if required), examine the liquor, feel the aroma, enjoy your tea.
Note: Tea tastes best without any added condiments.
