Sundene is a PVdC coated PVC film for high barrier packaging solutions. Base PVC film is produced on state-of-the-art Calender lines and then coated through Reverse Gravure Kiss Coating process. Sundene is free from defects like air bubbles and orange peel effects. The coating is consistent, precise and provides barrier from oxygen, water vapour and aromas. It is produced in a controlled environment. It is registered with DMF under US FDA and the quality system is in conformance with ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 15378:2015.
