Following are the design features of these progressive blocks :
Middle blocks can have different spool sizes to have different deliveries from different outlets in same cycle. But both outlets of a block will give same dose to the corresponding outlets of next block.
Output of outlets of middle blocks can be joined together by removing a separate screw and a washer and plugging one of the outlets. This will double the volume in the other remaining adjacent outlets of different middle blocks can be connected externally by means of special connecting banjos.
Series 6080 are the Modular Range Progressive Blocks. They are similar to Series4555 except that they are bigger in size and output. They consist of a Starting Block, an End Block and Middle Blocks (Max 11). The uniqueness of this series of blocks is the flexibility in terms of output per outlet which can be achieved by varying the middle block configuration.
