The Model 990SRM is a convenient, pocket-sized meter for measurement of surface resistivity and resistance to ground.
The 990SRM has a measurement range of 103to 1012Ohms per square and an accuracy of Decade. It is a useful tool for testing materials for static charging applications and for diagnosing static electricity related problems.
The Model 983v2 Static Locator provides accurate measurement of electrostatic charges. Its design enables fast response, low drift and ease of operation.
The 983v2 can operate in Continuous or Peak Hold mode to record changes in the level of charge or the highest charge detected respectively. It is suitable for use by production, maintenance, inspection and quality engineers and on any material where static charge may be an issue.
The Meech Model 984v2 Ion Sensor is an easy-to-use device for checking the performance of both AC and DC powered static eliminator bars.
Indicator lights confirm the presence of ions and, in the case of a DC power source, their polarity. Regular monitoring of installations with the model 984v2 will indicate when bars require cleaning or other maintenance work, thereby ensuring that bar performance and process efficiency can remain at the optimum level.
The Meech Model 904 is a constant voltage AC power supply, designed to provide a 7kV source for Meech AC ionising equipment. It is adjustable to operate at 100-120v or 200-240v input voltages and is available in either 50Hz and 60Hz versions to suit local conditions.
The 904 utilises a modified shape of output wave form for powerful static neutralisation and is uniquely designed to allow automated manufacture for increased reliability and extended product life. The 904 incorporates a low voltage jack socket for connection of the Model 900vs2.

The inductively coupled design provides powerful static neutralisation and completely shockproof operation. The Model 912 is powered by the Model 904 and is suitable for applications where 360 neutralisation is required.
The Meech 925 is an AC Ionising bar, designed to eliminate static in high-temperature applications. With a maximum operating temperature of 150C, the 925 can be mounted in areas not suitable for standard AC ionising bars. The powerful performance of this anti-static bar provides very effective neutralisation of static charges at distances up to 100mm.
The emitter pins of the 925 are directly coupled to the HT output of the 905 power supply. The 905 has a maximum output current of 5mA; an internationally recognised safe current.

The IonRinse system combines powerful AC ionisation, a custom designed airflow distributor and high quality inline filtration to provide the ultimate in ionised air rinsing.
The high velocity ionised air exits the IonRinse head unit via the airflow distributor. The control of the airflow coupled with the neutralisation of static charges releases contamination from the container which is extracted to the inline filter unit. The blow and vacuum airflows are provided by the central blow, vacuum and filtration unit.
Cleaning performance is maximised with the container fully inverted (opening facing down) as it travels over the IonRinse head.

JUN-AIR oil-lubricated piston compressors are contrary to traditional compressors not supplied with piston rings. Instead the tolerance between the piston and the cylinder has been reduced, minimizing the heat development and the energy loss.
