Cantilever type Roll Compactor with cake Crusher & Two Stage Oscillating Granulator
This high end model operates in completely enclosed manner to comply with highest standard of cGMP guidelines by optimum utilization and at minimal operating cost and wastage.
FEATURES
CM Mini Roll Compactor is totally based on method of Dry Granulation.
The powder charged in the feed hopper is predensified and fed between two counter rotating rolls.
As the volume decreases through the region of maximum pressure, the material is formed into a solid compacted sheet.
The densified sheets can then be granulated to any desired mesh size with use of CM Granulator or CM Communiting Mill.
CM Mini Roll Compactor is designed to the same principle and mode of operation as that of production size CM Roll Compactor.
Simple, tiny table top unit suitable for straight attachment to the tableting machines spout for de-burring and de-dusting of tablets. The unit consists of inlet, outlet, stainless steel vibratory screens, Poly carbonate cover, vacuum connection nozzles, compressed air connection and magnetic coil housed in stainless steel body.
This GMP square model single rotary tablet press is an entry level machine and is designed for the production of small batches. This proven machine is suitable for a variety of applications in pharmaceutical and other industries like food, chemical, naphthalene, confectionery etc.
The suitable model can be selected based on the tooling and output requirement from the 16, 20 & 23 stations with the D, D & B/D tooling respectively.
A 12 station model is also available with special tooling and tunnel type can track having max lab Dia-of 40 mm & max depth of fill of 30 mm.
