Abrasive Flap Discs performs Grinding as well as Blending operation. Coated Abrasives Flap Discs perform well in general-purpose coarse grinding applications. It is the ideal product for working particularly difficult areas such as irregular edges, sharp corners and weld dressing along with good finishing requirements.
Flap wheel is designed to deliver a consistent finish and a uniform rate of cut. Non-loading, non-glazing, and non-dulling, flap wheels wear away, continually exposing fresh abrasive. Conformable to most shapes, they are available in coarse to fine grit.
Shaft-mounted flap wheels are coupled to the electrical or pneumatic tool spindle by means of a cylindrical or threaded shaft inserted through the central hub. It comes with 3 to 6-mm diameter cylindrical shaft.
