The company was established in 1947 to cater to the requirements of the Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Industry in a newly independent India. From our first import of a few cylinders of Freon Refrigerant, we grew to become a leading importer and distributor of HVAC equipment. We were recognised by the Government Of India as an established Importer or Import House and allotted special import licenses during the period when India’s foreign trade was strictly controlled.

Furthermore, we have recently expanded our distribution portfolio to include CCTV cameras and DVRs. We also provide Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Electrical Panels for Cold Storages, Chiller Plant Managers, Retrofitting Of Old Chillers & Air Handling Units.
Today, more than 60 years after we began operations, we have a strong distribution network across India with presence in Mumbai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Nagpur, Kochi & Vizag and tie ups with associated dealers and resident representatives in each city.
