Mipro Glass-101 series of lining & coating, which are reinforced with property graded, micron thick, highly chemical resistant glass flakes, that overlap in multiple layers creating a barrier to permeation and extending the service life of the coating & lining system. Available in Isophthalic polyester, Bisphenol polyester, Vinyl Ester, Superior Vinyl Ester, Epoxy, Hybrid Epoxy resin system.These systems consist of a toweled applied base coat over a primer coat and followed by glass flake filled top coats to achieve excellent chemical resistance, exceptionally low permeation and high physical properties for over all performance of lining & coating. Available in Isophthalic polyester, Bisphenol polyester, Vinyl Ester, Superior Vinyl Ester, Epoxy, Hybrid Epoxy resin system.

Epoxy coating (hyb) is a two part high solids solvent free epoxy phenolic resin based coating system designed for hard wearing, smooth surface finish for floors, walls and on steel structures. Nonskid surface finish can be achieved on floor, if required.stir well before mixing part a and part b and mix in the prescribed ratio.furane is a two-part chemical setting furan base mortar used for bonding acid resistant bricks and tiles. It is impermeable in texture and resistant to a very wide range of chemicals, including strong acids alkalis, oils, solvents and unaffected by temperature upto 170 c. Furane"c" a 100 % carbon filled mortar is available where resistant to hydrofluoric acid, fluoride salts and strong hot alkalis are required.

Concrete and ordinary redbrick masonry with cement plastered surface are basic methods for construction of floors, foundations, tanks, sumps manholes etc. These can be attacked by corrosive environment, spillage’s of acids and alkalis and other chemicals handled in modern chemical industries. To protect civil structure of plants and buildings from corrosive attack, acid resisting brick lining is most communally used method. Mastic compond is used as an inter-liner with acid resisting brick lining. It can also applied as open mastic flooring for heavy-duty flooring.
