Polyelectrolyte Cationic Powder is a polymeric compound, used for charging polymers after dissociation in an aqueous solution. It plays an important role in wastewater treatment by flocculating negatively charged colloidal particles for their efficient removal. Bridging absorption occurs when long chain polymers get absorbed on the particles in a pattern such that it forms loops and tails extending some way in the solution.
