Our Products
Our Complete range of products are LEATHEROID INSULATION PAPER, DMD Fleece Paper, Laminated Paper, H Class Insulation Paper and Electrical Insulating Paper.
The Leatheroid Insulation Paper is being manufactured, as per IS8570 of 1977 - Type D Standard, in Undyed & Black colors, in thickness between 5 mils (0.13 mm) to 20 mils (0.50 mm) in reels of 40" (1000 mm) width.
The above product has been developed, for all applications like core/slot insulation in Transformers, Capacitors, Electrical Motors, Pumps, Chokes, and other electrical items.
Size Available:
we can supply you dmd or fleece paper. this paper is a three layer insulation composite made from polyester film sandwiched between 2 layers of a polyester nonwoven(fleece), impregnated with a high temperature resin on both sides. this composite is used in rotating machine with a class f temperature rise.
it has a high dielectric stability as well as high mechanical strength.
this paper has high smoothness as well as remarkable varnish absorbing capabilities during the impregnation process. this material has been successfully tested at erda under class f type for flexible insulation materials
the high temperature resin saturated fleece paper protects the polyester film from thermal degradation at elevated temperatures.
saturated non woven polyester fleece laminates are extensively used worldwide as an economical class f insulation. the insulation is suitable for use as slot, phase separator in between and wedges.
this paper is available in all standard sizes of flexible insulation composites.
the thickness of the non woven is generally 50.

Flexible Laminates NMN-NPN
The laminated Insulation Paper provided by Chinmmay Enterprises in NMN / NPN types. Laminated NPN Paper a triple layer composite consisting of Polyester Film sandwiched between 2 layers of H Class Aramid Paper .This Paper combines the best of Polyester Film and Aramid Paper. The excellent electrical and mechanical properties of the Polyester Film are complemented by the very high thermal properties of the Aramid Paper. Consequently the Aramid Paper-Polyester Film composite has excellent Electrical Strength (very high break down voltage), Mechanical Strength (tensile, elongation and tear), Chemical Strength (resistance to water, most solvents and dilute acids) and Thermal Endurance (155°C continuous F Class and 200°C short term).
Some features of flexible laminates are given below:
Flexible Laminates Application:
It is used as interturn, slot and liner insulation for F-grade electrical motors and other electric appliances. We offer it in the forms of roll, sheet, and strips.
