Bag filters offer high efficiency, less maintenance and longer equipment life. The bags are sealed using snap rings to ensure easy removal of the bags and cages. Automatic cleaning is by pulse jet (compressed air) through Venturi nozzles. We offer a wide range of filters like Polyester, Polypropylene, Non-woven Polyester, with needle punched PTFE coated, Anti-Static etc. We offer Nomex, Ryton p-84 etc for high-temperature applications. We also widely use new generation Pleated Bags / Cartridges with very high filtration efficiency up to 99.9% down to 3 microns. This enables us to design a compact bag filter unit that saves a lot of floor space and is easy to maintain. Our outlet emission levels are assured to be less than 20mg/N cu.m through our filters.

Our collectors are compact and mobile (on wheels) with low noise level suitable for a wide range of indoor applications. The filtering capacity is as high as 3 microns with an efficiency of 99%, which is in complete accordance with indoor air quality standards. They are energy efficient, easy to install and maintain with online reverse Pulse jet cleaning of filters which ensures high efficiency. Since these systems are having cyclonic entry the bag life is much better and have the capability to handle high dust loads.
