Base frame fabricated from tubes reinforced to support all components fixed to the frame. Dust tight enclosures contains electrical components including main disconnect, contactors , overloads, circuit breakers, fuse block. System control is provided with PLC. Processing data / operations viewed & accessed via colour touch screen.

CPS Series Pulverizing Systems features Closed circuit grinding system.with Heavy duty welded steel construction. Cycle working completely automatic with every safety system. The disk blades are realized in special hardened steel. The system causes a depression in the grinding chamber so the disk blade remain always clean, no material agglomerates hence blade life is prolonged. Stationery grinding disk , bearings , mill housing water cooled. The material stays in grinding chamber for a very short time. This doesnât allow the material to heat itself, so a lot of materials can be pulverised at ambient temperature. With an adjusting system of the distance between the two disks. The grinding blade can be re-sharpened for extended life.

The Advance Mill Air Flow System with heavy duty cast steel Mill Housing , the external air fins promotes adequate cooling. Adjustment is performed from outside with adjustable water jacketed stationary disk fixture uses three position fasteners to set the gap between the disks. Our HM Series Single Mill Pulverizers is easy to install and maintain. HM Series Single Mill Pulverizers requires less power to run, making it cost-effective to use.
