we are offering wind turbine. an7282-2000 wind turbine consists of main components such as blade, hub, nacelle, pitchyaw drive, pm synchronous generator, converter, control system, and tower etc. a: pm synchronous generator:the generator is a multi-pole permanent magnet generator and is directly mounted to the hub. permanent magnet takes care of the rotor excitation so no external filed excitation is needed. this implies that the generator losses would be reduced by 25% compared to a regular wound generator. the stator windings are vacuum impregnated under pressure. inside of the generator, dried and filtered air is circulated. this assures an equal temperature distributed in the generator. as inside of generator is over-pressured, dust and salt particles cannot enter into the generator though a little leakage occurs through the seals. b: converterthe main circuit of mv class permanent-magnet synchronous direct-drive wind turbine converting system adopts ac-dc-ac structure, variable frequency ac from the pm synchronous generator can be rectified converted into constant frequency ac by converter, then fed into the grid through transformer. full-power converter control the wind turbines power according to the function relation between output powers and rotating speed and make the power stable in a related value(when the wind speed is bigger than the rated value).
