This system for automatic soft bag packing system is the domestic origination and customized based on the actual situation of domestic packing manufacturer, its a non-standard product and its characteristic is not require users change woven and automatic packing can be realized .There is difficulty about Vacuum draw and bag opening , the problem cant be solved by using usual vacuum system .we have already solved the problem by replacing vacuum system with wind capacity vacuum system .Another issue is the hem seal packing process bottlenecks, domestic ordinary sewing machine ability and the effect is not very ideal. We applied the forming technology and products of NEW LANG company in the system, this system is installed to reduce the number of people and greatly improve the production efficiency that a person may also operate 1-2 production lines. this system has a perfect alarm functions, such as measuring process appears errors, the system will suspend operation and to alarm to wait operators, such as the forced folding sewing systems do not seal and waiting for dealing. During operation if a sack dont be filled, the system will also alarm to urge the workers to fill the sack. If there appears less line, lack of line or disconnection in sewing process the system would also alarm and suspended work.In addition the sucker of usual packing machine is soft silicone sucker which is consumable but this system adopt metal sucker which is non-consumable. The system uses advanced PLC control , it reserved for clients RS232 and RS485 communication ports and digital I/O interface so that uses can connect with PC.
