We are offering g5000 is a micro-volume uv-vis spectrophotometer.Its full spectrum 200-900nm 190-1100nm (option) allows g5000 to measure nucleic acids, microarray probes, purified proteins, fluorescently-dyed proteins and fluorescent; monitor the density of suspended cellular, bacterial and yeast cultures; and perform general laboratory uv-vis absorbance measurements. A unique technology used in the g5000 holds 0.5-2ul samples between upper and lower measurement surfaces without the use of a cuvette, and measures the sample in about 5 seconds with a high degree of accuracy and reproducibility.
