Introduction citichl is one of the largest design and manufacture enterprises for rotary kilns in china, which started producing in 1950s. We have totally produced more than 250sets of rotary kilns including dry, semi-dry and wet ones used widely in cement, metallurgical, chemical industry, refractory, active lime, paper-making etc. Specifications are from 1.2 to 6.1m. They have been exported to thailand, pakistan, indonesia, vietnam etc.Our company has absorbed technologies from famous international companies such as smidth, polysius, khd, etc. In recent years along with the advances in cement producing, cooperated with design institutes in tianjin, nanjing etc, developed new large serial products of dry processing rotary cement kilns, matching 1000-5000td large and 8000-10000td extra-large cement production line. There have been nearly hundred sets put into operation in the cement plants of anhui, hailuo, jilin shuangyang, indonesia kupang etc.Our company has the first-rate group on rotary kiln development, study and design, perfect experiment and testing measures, and superior manufacturing equipment and technology for large rotary kiln, while has formed the complete technical and producing system on the design, manufacture, installation, commissioning service for the equipment. Application and operating principle:the rotary kiln is central equipment for cement clinkering system in the new large dry processing cement production, which can be used with unit-or-twin-stream preheater, calcining combustor. 90%-95% of the raw material which has been pre-calcined feeds into the slow rotating, inclining installed rotary kiln from the rear. Under the composite effect of circumferential tilting and axial movement, the material slowly flows through the whole drum, the fuel (coal dust, oil or natural gas) sprays from kiln head into high temperature zone for burning.
