Through many years researching, we've mastered the productive technology of CdTe thin-film solar cell after the operation of 5MW CdTe thin-film pilot line. At the same time, the company has a number of invention patents and production patents. Depending on independent technology and absorbing advanced foreign technology, the 50MW CdTe thin-film solar cell production line in process will be the first domestic CdTe thin-film solar cell production line in China. The company plans to establish 500MW production capacity in 3-5 years.
