Its major components, namely the pump casing, pump cover, impellers and seal rings are all made of cast iron and the shaft made of quality carbon structural steel. The pump casing and the pump cover of this centrifugal pump are split at the position behind the impellers. Therefore, users could maintain and inspect the pump without dismantling the casing, suction pipe and discharging pipe, saving their efforts and time. Designed with a large-caliber intake (DN250), this single-stage single suction pump adopts a lengthened coupling which enables users to inspect and maintain inside parts as long as they dismantle the connecting piece in the middle of shaft and remove the rotors. The shaft seal this single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump adopts is the packing seal and mechanical seal both of which are attached with replaceable shaft sleeves.
