We are offering deep hole boring head. The new deep-hole boring head is a three-blade bta deep-hole boring head, with internal chip-discharging, with 2 guide bars and 3 cutting blades from the same cylindrical surface fixed on boring body. 2 chip outlets are set on boring head, cavity of which below the lower semicircle extends 2-5mm forwards. With internal chip-removal system, fuel supply comes in from upstream outside the boring bar, and goes out with chips downstream the cavity after operation through guide bar and cutting edge, which are cooled and lubricated sufficiently. On this basis, furthermore, cutting edges and guide bar made of super-stiff material can be chosen simply for the boring of both high speed and high precision.
