Used engine oil distillation plant can be used in black engine oil, crude oil, plastic oil and shale oil, to get gasoline and diesel fuel through waste oil to diesel distilled plant. Pumping into the heater with waste engine oil , through the coal (or fuel oil, gas) heating to working temperature, the maximum working temperature about 410 degree and the required gasoline and diesel oil can be obtained after catalytic distillation. When the reaction of waste engine oil in reactor is complete, stop heating, and remove residue from the tank of bottom, then this plant can be used again. Feature of waste oil to diesel fuel refinery:1.The density of biodiesel is small than water and its relative density is between 0.74240.8886.2.The oil is stable and wont degenerate after long-term preservation.3.Excellent environmental protection feature: low sulfur content, low emission of SO2and sulfide. The biodegradability of biodiesel is up to 98% and this biodegradability is 2 times higher than normal diesel, in which case environmental pollution caused by accidental release will be greatly reduced4.There is no aromatic hydrocarbon that would pollute the environment in biodiesel thus it has less damages to the human body than normal diesel oil.5.It has good engine starting performance at low temperature and no addition agent is needed.6.It has high cetane number and combustion performance and the neutral combustion residue will prolong the service life of the engine oil.7.The oil can be directly used without addition agent.
