Its usage temperature ranges from -40 degree to 120 degree and it is resistant to corrosion and high pressure . Screw and charging barrel are made from 38CrMoAlA with fluoride surface, which is resistant to corrosion. The rotating speed of screw is controlled by VDF Frequency converter that makes it much less noisy than previous machine. The screw diameter of SHSJ-45 is 45 mm and The screw diameter of SHSJ-35 is 35 mm. Vacuum cooling water tank : it is equipped with a vacuum box also made from stainless steel , 600 mm long and It can finish 3D movement. Belt puller :it has a high-precision guild pillar guidance pillar , a screw mandrel height controller and high-efficient frequency converters .
