It is the third subsidiary of Shuanghong Waterproofing, following Guangzhou Shuanghong Building Materials Co., Ltd. (established in January 2010) and Guangdong Shuanghong Waterproofing and Insulation Engineering Co., Ltd. (established in September 2016).

It boasts leading domestic production lines for polymer environmentally friendly waterproofing membranes and a variety of environmentally friendly coatings. Its annual production capacity is 40,000 tons of waterproof coatings, 30 million square meters of waterproofing membranes, and 15,000 tons of waterproof mortar.
